Entretien d'une chemise

Pour commencer, vérifiez toujours bien l’étiquette et les instructions de lavage et de repassage.

Pour traiter les taches basiques, humidifier la tache avec un peu d’eau gazeuse. Laissez ce mélange agir pendant une demi-heure. Il vous suffira ensuite de laver le vêtement. Vous pouvez également utiliser du sel à détacher sec.

Enlever les taches de transpiration

Pour traiter les taches de transpiration, commencer par préparer une pâte en mélangeant une dose de bicarbonate de soude avec deux doses d’eau. Appliquer cette pâte directement sur la tache et frotter doucement avec une brosse à dents souple. Laisser agir pendant environ 30 minutes avant de rincer à l'eau froide. Ensuite, laver la chemise comme d'habitude, en utilisant un cycle délicat.

Repasser la chemise

Pour obtenir un repassage impeccable, s'assurer que la chemise est légèrement humide. Si elle est sèche, utiliser un spray d'eau pour l'humidifier. Régler le fer à repasser sur la température appropriée au tissu (coton, lin ou synthétique). Commencer par le col, en repassant de l'extérieur vers l'intérieur, puis passer aux manches et au corps de la chemise. Repasser en suivant les coutures pour éviter les plis. Pour les détails comme les poches, utiliser le bout du fer pour un fini soigné. Une fois votre chemise repassée, disposez-la immédiatement sur un cintre.

NB : Le repassage ira d’autant plus vite que le vêtement est encore légèrement humide. C’est pourquoi il est préférable de repasser avec une centrale à vapeur ou d’humidifiez le vêtement manuellement.

Blanchir le col

Pour redonner de l’éclat au col de la chemise, préparer une solution d'eau tiède et de jus de citron ou de vinaigre blanc, qui agissent comme des agents blanchissants naturels. Plonger le col dans cette solution pendant environ 15 minutes. Ensuite, frotter doucement avec une brosse à dents souple pour enlever les résidus, puis rincer à l'eau claire et laisser sécher à l'air libre.
