En matière de pantalon, tout est une question d’équilibre. Ne pas confondre un pantalon étroit et un pantalon étriqué par exemple. Le premier peut être agréable à regarder et à porter. Le second n’est ni l’un ni l’autre. Dans l’idéal, le pantalon doit casser devant sans casser derrière. Assis, il ne doit pas remonter excessivement dans un effet « feu de plancher » ou venir se coincer sur le mollet, ce qui serait inesthétique une fois relevé.
